Spincah Soup

2 cups raw spinach (pack leaves into cup measure)

2 cups milk

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons flour

2 sprigs parsley

1 stalk celery

1 slice onion

Put all ingredients (raw) into blender. Blend thoroughly. Place soup in heavy bottomed saucepan. Cook over medium heat until soup starts to simmer and turns a darker shade of green. Serve immediately.
